Session Examples

This page describes processes from the real lives of people. These processes connect past events with the problems people face today on both personal and collective levels. They also allow us to better understand what drives us, to accept ourselves, and to ensure a better future for the generations that come after us.

Example 1

A businessman who had worked for someone else for years decided to start his own business. Everything was going well, and job offers kept coming in, but he simply couldn’t find an employee skilled enough for the job.

The field revealed that he had not forgiven his father for leaving him and not acknowledging him. This diminished his own role in the boss’s business, and he kept getting employees who couldn’t meet his expectations because he carried a feeling of low self-worth stemming from his father’s rejection.

His father was also not recognized by his own father, so both of them needed to forgive. When he forgave his father through constellation work, employees came forward with whom he could continue building his business.

-> When our energy gets stuck in a certain period of life, in a particular relationship, and we carry within us the vibration of resentment and bitterness, seeing the life of the person we resent helps us release those resentments and find forgiveness. This achieves balance, brings peace to the deceased, and allows the living to continue their lives without pressure.

Exampe 2

A woman’s mother died of cancer. When the mother was placed in the field, it became clear that the energy of the cancer was still extremely strong. By introducing a representative behind the cancer, a series of repeated abuses and rapes across generations was revealed, and the female field was filled with energy of humiliation, suffering, but also anger and hatred.

-> In such examples, it is important to illuminate everything in our consciousness, to see things exactly as they are and as they were, without judgment or criticism, and without wishing that things had happened differently. Both perpetrators and victims need to be given their place because everything is part of a greater whole, and nothing happens without the will of greater forces or without the consent of the spirit.

Example 3

The woman had been depressed for years, taking medication and visiting various therapists, but nothing helped her to overcome that state. She always said she felt that something was missing, that she was not whole, and she had a strong sense of loneliness.

Her parents never told her that her journey had actually begun with another embryo—that she actually had a twin brother or sister who passed away after three months. The depression was caused by the exclusion of that embryo from the family consciousness.

-> Constellations reveal that what is excluded holds the greatest power over us and controls our lives.

Example 4

A girl had a thyroid illness, and when she placed her family in the constellation field, it became clear that she had taken on trauma from her mother, who had a miscarriage after her birth. After returning from the workshop, she saw her mother in a completely different light and wanted to hug her, even though until then she had felt disgust at the thought of hugging her. By releasing the illness, she also released the subconscious resentment toward her mother for taking on the trauma. Their relationship changed.

-> When it comes to illness, as with any other disruption of life energy, the approach is to see and hear it as a message that needs to be understood. In constellations, we do not get rid of anything; rather, we include everything and everyone that needs to be included, seen, acknowledged, and aligned.
