Osnovna ideja ovog pristupa nije borba protiv emocija, nego njihovo nje\u017eno uskla\u0111ivanje. <br><br>Umjesto da se \u010dovjeka promatra samo kroz simptom, fokus se stavlja na unutarnje stanje &#8211; strah, preoptere\u0107enost, tjeskobu, unutarnji nemir, iscrpljenost ili osje\u0107aj gubitka kontrole.<br><br>Kada govorimo o bachovim kapima za stres, ne govorimo o jednoj univerzalnoj bo\u010dici za svakoga. To je va\u017eno razumjeti. Dvoje ljudi mo\u017ee re\u0107i da su pod stresom, a iznutra prolaziti kroz potpuno razli\u010dita iskustva. <br><br>Jedna osoba osje\u0107a pani\u010dnu napetost i strah od najgoreg, druga je mentalno preoptere\u0107ena i ne mo\u017ee ugasiti misli, a tre\u0107a funkcionira izvana smireno dok iznutra nosi pritisak koji vi\u0161e ne mo\u017ee dr\u017eati.<br><br>Upravo zato se Bachov pristup \u010desto do\u017eivljava kao osoban i intuitivan. Primjerice, neke se koriste kada je um stalno aktivan i ne mo\u017eete prestati vrtjeti iste misli. <br><br>Druge odgovaraju stanju unutarnjeg pritiska, nestrpljenja i razdra\u017eljivosti. Ako niste sigurni, vo\u0111eno savjetovanje \u010desto daje bolji rezultat jer otkriva sloj ispod povr\u0161inskog simptoma.
